Specialist Consulting and Advisory services for health care professionals
As a Registered Specialist Pain Physiotherapist, Dr. Jacqui Clark provides consulting and advisory services to you as a registered health care professionals to assist in the management of your clients with complex and persistent pain conditions. A referral letter is required, with their ACC details and, importantly, a request for specialist physiotherapy, which unlocks the full ACC funding.
Dr Jacqui will assess your client in the context of their full history, social circumstances, trait characteristics and sensory profiles. An ACC ARTP report is sent to you with her analysis and recommendations. Rehab may be administered by you or their treating therapist if possible, according to her recommendations, with up to 4 x monthly reviews.
